The high-density heat transfer is also common among the heat transfer products. This kind of label is based on the high-performance adhesive. It can be repeatedly printed on the PET release film and achieves a very neat three-dimensional effect.

Production Procedure:

Screen printing the colored high-performance adhesiveliquid on the film is the first step. For those multi-color labels such as the label in 6 colors or gradient colors, offset printing the color should be the first instead. This step takes 8-12 times according to the requirements on the thickness.

Screen print the middle layer adhesiveliquid for 4-6 times. The liquid contains 50% transparent adhesive liquid and 50% heat seal glue.

The last step is screen printing the heat seal glue or add heat seal powder on the back.

Application:

The high-density heat transfer label can be widely used on the garments, shoes, hats, gloves, bags and etc. Actually, in many sporty leisurewear, designers apply this kind of heat transfer labels. What’s more, they also apply this kind of labels on thicker fabrics or leather for some coats in autumn and winter.

Temperature: 155-160°C

Pressure: 4-5 KG

Time: 10-15 seconds
